1a48524a9a Repaint viewport on selection changed. 
This issue wasn't noticeable earlier because every selection change
implied additional operations (in Replace) which used to trigger a
repaint at the right time for free. With this we make sure we get a
repaint.

85a6f2068a Refactor action choice handling with QButtonGroup. 
This should improve the situation when unselecting an action without
selecting another one. Unselection can only happen when switching from
a device that supports the currently chosen action to a device that
doesn't support it, so the action gets hidden and unselected.

75f4f0fa04 Fix issue with splitting being allowed when it shouldn't be. 
KPM docs misreport Partition::available to be in sectors, when it's
actually in bytes. Because of this, available space estimates were
completely off and resizing was allowed even when there's no room to
do it. This used to put the resize widget in all sorts of weird,
visually broken states.

8c98aeb04a Make efiSystemPartition mount point configurable in partition.conf. 
Copy the setting into the global storage. Make the EraseDiskPage in the
partition module and the grub and bootloader modules read it from there.
Do not hardcode /boot as the path anymore.

I set the default path to /boot/efi because I think that's the most
common setting. At least Fedora and Debian use that path. But we can
change the default setting if you think I'm wrong, as long as it remains
configurable.

There is no separate setting for efi_directory_firmware anymore. The EFI
firmwares expect that directory to always be in the "EFI" path in the
EFI System Partition. Distributions using /boot/efi actually have that
directory under /boot/efi/EFI.

8f10c21e5b Big configuration overhaul. 
Module descriptors are now module.desc, no configuration allowed inside.
Module config files are <modulename>.conf, installed in
share/calamares/modules.
settings.conf is read from /etc/calamares, then share/calamares, and if
running with --debug also in the current dir.

Now uses a qreal for progress instead of current and total
Also added a finished() signal because determining whether the queue is
finished should not be done by comparing a qreal with 1.0 as this is not

Moved find_package KF5 from the root CMakeLists.txt to the partitioning
module where it belongs. KF5 deps should be limited to plugins.
Lots of random fixage to make stuff link.
Removed CalamaresApplication reference from Settings.
Removed the use of AbstractPage, we don't need it right now.

f9ca45face Mark the partition we create as "StateNew" 
This way if user wants to remove it later we can remove the creation job
instead of queueing a delete job
