- drop the debugging line because that has already been
logged by the call to `runCommand()` that backs
`target_env_call()`.
- use the same (top-level) function rather than having a
function and elsewhere a very-similar method.
- point to main Calamares site in the 'part of' headers instead
of to github (this is the "this file is part of Calamares"
opening line for most files).
- remove boilerplate from all source files, CMake modules and completions,
this is the 3-paragraph summary of the GPL-3.0-or-later, which has
a meaning entirely covered by the SPDX tag.
The plymouthcfg Calamares module is optional. Distributions which
write filesystems with a full plymouth configuration won't even
want to use it (see plymouthcfg docs).
However, now grubcfg depends on plymouthcfg to run because
the globalstorage value to trigger setting 'splash' in grub,
is set in the plymouthcfg module.
Just check for plymouth existence separately in the grub module.
