The summary page can rely on the Config object to create
lists of relevant steps; this code was declared but not
defined / implemented for Config (but also not called, so
it was ok). This is basically shuffling bits around in
preparation for using the model directly, rather than
re-implementing the widget-creation code.
While here, split off the page-resizing into a free function
so that the code reads nicer.
- the page doesn't need to remember what step it belongs to,
if the step tells it when creating widgets.
- detach naming from the viewstep API that calls it.
- the Page displays a simple message describing what the
summary is all about; Config has the same message,
use that. Needed some re-jigging to get the signals
and slots right.
- Create Config object, even if it's not used just yet
- Introduce onLeave() for the Page, better name than
(re-)creating the content (!?) when leaving
- point to main Calamares site in the 'part of' headers instead
of to github (this is the "this file is part of Calamares"
opening line for most files).
- remove boilerplate from all source files, CMake modules and completions,
this is the 3-paragraph summary of the GPL-3.0-or-later, which has
a meaning entirely covered by the SPDX tag.
- This small header file contained a few unrelated typedefs.
Move those typedefs to the classes they relate to. This
**does** mean that some consumers need to #include something
else instead.
- Use type names more consistently.
