2a86e86817 [packages] Make package-installation messages slightly less scary. 
From a test with XeroLinux, at some point it says 'reinstalling linux...'
which is a message from pacman about the package called 'linux'.

e4b44b5f85 [packages] Look for other progress indicators 
- the (n/m) lines are output of specific steps, not actual package-
  installation. So look for "<action> <packagename> ..." lines instead.
  This means we keep some state around, and need extra machinery to
  report those lines rather than the generic progress reporting
  that reports on groups.

4821f450f3 [packages] Report progress by scanning pacman output 
- during install and remove, check for (n/m) output lines which
  report progress of the pacman actions and turn those into progress
  reports for the *packages* module.

aa4569b55b [packages] Convert command-failures into readable error messages 
If the pakcage manager fails in some way, convert to a readable
error message instead of leaking the exception to the caller
(which produces a traceback, which is harder to read and less
informative)

1cd9b93a22 REUSE: Giant boilerplate cleanup 
- point to main Calamares site in the 'part of' headers instead
  of to github (this is the "this file is part of Calamares"
  opening line for most files).
- remove boilerplate from all source files, CMake modules and completions,
  this is the 3-paragraph summary of the GPL-3.0-or-later, which has
  a meaning entirely covered by the SPDX tag.

0a73d57808 [packages] Add support for pre- and post- scripts everywhere 
- for remove and localInstall, add support for pre- and post-
   scripts like there already was for install.

This feels like there's code duplication going on, but I haven't
thought of an elegant way to distinguish the available operations
so that I can pass around functions instead.

15e9edca70 [packages]: Implement update_system for pkcon, yum, dnf 
Also make install for yum and dnf follow the documented syntax: options
(-y) before the command (install), even though yum and dnf also accept
the other order. This also makes it consistent with remove.

- Count only the packages that will be changed, given the current
   locale settings.
 - Preserve global storage unchanged (don't remove any locale-packages).

9cdb6734bf [packages] If locale is empty, pretend it is 'en'. 
- Otherwise packages like vi-$LOCALE will be retained in the
   package list, which will cause install problems.

65a236cd60 [packages] Fix previous. 
This, kids, is why you don't switch writing C++ and Python too often.
The C++ code isn't a syntax error in Python, although this would fail
at runtime.

150007c138 [packages] Feature: skip if no internet. 
Update documentation, add a new key *skip_if_no_internet* to support
systems that **recommend** having an internet connection (but don't
require it), and which also use the packages module. This prevents
a long delay while the package manager tries to access the internet
and times out (repeatedly).

Existing configurations are unchanged.

and reports progress as each group of packages is installed.
