2da09f7648 [libcalamaresui] Fix build 
- Include all headers for types that need to be fully-defined
   (e.g. return types). This guards against uses in contexts where
   those headers have not been implicitly or previously included.

FIXES #948

73a75e837b Auto-resize the main window. 
If the summary widget is large, it gets a scrollbar. This looks really
weird, so prefer to grow the installer window instead. Discussed with
@sitter and settled on this solution.

ViewSteps can signal the ViewManager that they need more space (in pixels),
which may or may not be honored.

a54f217173 Use CalamaresUtils::lookupAndCall in PythonQtViewStep. 
This is done to support both Pythonic and Qt style method names, i.e.
both "isNextEnabled" and "is_next_enabled" is ok in a Python module.
Also better documentation in PythonQtViewStep, and stub for
setConfigurationMap.
Finally, proper handling of PythonQtViewStep Python-facing basewidget:
with this change, a call to PQVS::widget() only triggers a widget
relayout if it's necessary, and leaves it alone otherwise.

b20eaaf4f8 Add setConfigurationMap to ViewStep with empty implementation. 
Actual module ViewSteps can reimplement it to read their own module-
specific configuration.

4ec72f4afb Refactored calamares_bin into calamares_bin and libcalamaresui. 
Now linking with -Wl,--no-undefined!
Moved find_package KF5 from the root CMakeLists.txt to the partitioning
module where it belongs. KF5 deps should be limited to plugins.
Lots of random fixage to make stuff link.
Removed CalamaresApplication reference from Settings.
Removed the use of AbstractPage, we don't need it right now.
