eb840d4117 libcalamares: ditch namespace CalamaresUtils 
- Most CalamaresUtils things go to Calamares
- YAML support to Calamares::YAML and then remove redundant "yaml"

e0fdde06c9 [libcalamares] Python API for callbacks from processes 
This is an experiment in Python API that will allow a callback
function in the Python module to be called for each output line.
It builds on the run-a-process extensions that are being built
simultaneously.

8f65a644a9 [libcalamares] Rename cPointerSetter 
This class doesn't really set a pointer -- it is a scoped assignment
through a pointer, which **can** set a value on destruction (when
it leaves scope). Rename it.

While here, extend the API so that it can do an assignment to the
underlying object **now**, while also doing a scoped assignment
later when it leaves scope. This makes some code a bit easier
to read ("in this scope, X is now <v> and then it becomes <v'>")

3596b48c7a [libcalamares] Factor out common string in Python logging 
- enforce consistent [PYTHON JOB]
- use CDebug() constructor, because the convenience macro's
  introduce the function name -- that's the C++ function, so
  it isn't useful for logging.

1cd9b93a22 REUSE: Giant boilerplate cleanup 
- point to main Calamares site in the 'part of' headers instead
  of to github (this is the "this file is part of Calamares"
  opening line for most files).
- remove boilerplate from all source files, CMake modules and completions,
  this is the 3-paragraph summary of the GPL-3.0-or-later, which has
  a meaning entirely covered by the SPDX tag.

b0abb99ee1 [libcalamares] Don't log useless FUNC_INFO for Python 
- When a Python module calls utils.debug(), there's no point
  in logging the C++ funcinfo that passes the parameters on;
  don't use cDebug() with its attendant magic.

ac75c63001 [libcalamares] Reduce warnings with Clang 9 (Boost::Python) 
- The boost headers fall foul of tons of Clang warnings, so introduce
   a mechanism like moc-headers for turning off most of those warnings.

- The only remaining functions in the file are string-related, so
   rename to match their purpose.
 - Drop this include file from most places, since they don't actually
   use the string functionality at all.

a0a8ab0048 [libcalamares] Refactor Python target_env calls 
This is why the whole refactoring started: to get the process output
and exit code in one spot so we can attach the process output
to the (Python exception) CalledProcessError in all the code
paths, not just those that are explicitly looking for output.
