e0fdde06c9 [libcalamares] Python API for callbacks from processes 
This is an experiment in Python API that will allow a callback
function in the Python module to be called for each output line.
It builds on the run-a-process extensions that are being built
simultaneously.

- Make clear that the @ is a string-location, and how long the
  pre-script is (although in practice, it will be either null
  and 0, or the values set in the loadmodule executable).

629fc83f21 [libcalamares] Add a pre-script for PythonJobs 
This allows injecting arbitrary Python code before
the script of a module is even run. For testing
purposes, that gives us a chance to modify existing
(internal) modules before the script (e.g. to test
subprocess calls).

by-value (although we don't use that value). Avoid that.

1cd9b93a22 REUSE: Giant boilerplate cleanup 
- point to main Calamares site in the 'part of' headers instead
  of to github (this is the "this file is part of Calamares"
  opening line for most files).
- remove boilerplate from all source files, CMake modules and completions,
  this is the 3-paragraph summary of the GPL-3.0-or-later, which has
  a meaning entirely covered by the SPDX tag.

517dbfab06 [libcalamares] The script namespace is actually a dict 
Use dict methods, in particular d.get(k, v), to retrieve
the pretty_name() function (or None if it isn't there).
Using getattr() on a dict will not return values in the
dict.

74be2fd098 Python-i18n: implement gettext functions in libcalamares.utils 
- remove Job.gettextPath
 - add libcalamares.utils.gettext_path()
 - add libcalamares.utils.gettext_lang()
 - modify examples in main.py
 - add some gettext debug-output from dummypython
 - correct namespace mis-labeling
 - provide two forms of GlobalStorage
   - regular use, has a JobQueue with storage
   - testing use, creates GlobalStorage separately, provide
     independent access to that for Python.
