[libcalamares] Simplify symbol-visibility

Browse Source 
Do not rely on Q_DECL_EXPORT and the like. Since we support basically
only gcc and clang for the kinds of Linux targets Calamares gets used
on, use visibility-specifiers that those compilers understand.
